Cancellation Policy

In the the event of your cancellation the following terms and conditions will apply.

Booking fee
/ deposit

A booking fee is required for all services excluding executive grooming, personal shopping and at home tutorials. A 50% up front payment is requested for all talks, events and workshops. The booking fee is there to secure the agreed date and can be paid via an online bank transfer. Please note, in the event of your cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable, however, an alternative date can be offered for up to 8 weeks, providing notice is given, in writing (e.g. email). This must be received within 2 weeks of the booking date.

Payment for services including personal shopping, at home tutorials and makeovers must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to your session taking place. If cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice of your booking date a 50% charge will apply.

Executive grooming, talks and workshops

Payment terms are 30 days. For clients operating a PO system it is requested a PO be raised as soon as the service date has been confirmed (to help avoid any delays).


Travel is charged separately for all services excluding ‘Shop with me’. Charges are based on current public transport and taxi fees (location dependant). Travel charges will be clearly indicated on your invoice.

Bank Holidays & Sundays

An additional £50.00 will be added for services required on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

Pre-8am starts

A fee of £50.00 will be charged for start times/long journeys beginning before 8am.
